A package can span several ranges. "Lanes per booking" is how many of those ranges one booking reserves at once (auto-picked from whichever are free) — not all of them. "Max simultaneous" caps how many bookings of THIS package can run at the same time regardless of free lanes — use it when equipment (e.g. a limited set of weapons) is scarcer than lanes. Leave it high if lanes are the only real constraint.

Outgoing email (SMTP) settings
Used to send booking confirmations, waivers and reminders to clients. Any SMTP account works — e.g. a Gmail/Outlook app password, or a transactional provider like SendGrid/Mailgun/Resend.
Cancellation & refund policy
Applies to a customer cancelling their own paid booking online. Staff cancellations from the Bookings table above are always a full refund, no fee.
Waiver text
Shown to customers before they sign, and printed on the signed waiver PDF.
Booking email notes
A short note appended to each booking type's confirmation and day-before reminder emails — e.g. the PPE reminder for plain range-time bookings.
